Continnum is my favorite JM album, it’s even hard to pick Top 5, let alone my favorite. But I think I’m going with Stop This Train. My least favorite probably is I Don’t Trust Myself. The rest is super fine.

Not in the mood to babbling out things, I made an Indonesian review for the album here. I have Top 5 favorite songs in alphabetical order: Back To You, Great Indoors, No Such Thing, St. Patrick’s Day, and Why Georgia. I think I’m gonna go with Why Georgia.

Come Back To Bed from Heavier Things (2003) - When it comes to favorite, I can’t really pick just one song, cause I love them all. But IIIFF I could only choose just one, I always consider this as my all-time favorite. Addictive and beautifully written. I love the emotion John brought to the song.

Day 3: Favorite John Mayer album
Continuum (2006). I’ve made a review about it here, but unfortunately it’s in Indonesian. Continuum, for me, is his most mature album so far. The music was well-developed, more serious, and the lyrics were brilliant and deep. I’m not saying his other albums aren’t good, they’re all awesome on its own way. But Continuum, by far, is the best.
Day 1: When and how did you become a John Mayer fan?
I’ve been watching MTV since I was 8 years old, when most of my friends only watched cartoons and stuff. I’ve been watching Oscar too since that age, I remember skipping school just to watch it, I don’t even know most of the films and I was still in elementary. I don’t mean to brag or anything :p.
Well, I’ve known John Mayer for a long time. I remember watching his first video ‘Your Body Is A Wonderland’ when MTV played it over and over again. But I had not been a fan from then. It was because of ‘Bigger Than My Body’ video actually. I really love the atmosphere and the whole color of the video. I was 11 when Heavier Things came out. I think it was one of the first records I’ve ever bought. And I just fell in love with his music till now.
